This mocktail recipe has Apple cider vinegar (ACV), but not because ACV is as miraculous as others may claim. It may have some real health benefits though:
➕ACV with the “mother” contains enzymes and probiotics that can support digestion and gut health
➕Apple cider vinegar may help control blood sugar and improve insulin function, but only slightly
Those are the only benefits backed by quality research!

Just don’t drink ACV straight by itself because this can destroy the enamel of your teeth and harm your esophagus. The main reason I like to use ACV is because of the flavor not its small potential benefits.

ACV adds some tang and extra flavor to this drink. If you like kombucha, then you will love this drink!
Pineapple Fizz Recipe:
What you need:
▪️1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▪️1/4-1/3 cup 100% pineapple juice, adjusted to taste
▪️12 oz club soda or seltzer water
What you do:
1. Shake ACV and pineapple juice together.
2. Pour over ice in a cocktail glass or mason jar.
3. Top with club soda.
4. Enjoy!
You can split the recipe up into multiple cups for smaller servings or just make one! I normally drink the whole thing myself. Other juices would work well too!
