Easiest Crockpot Chili Ever

If you’re like me and love easy crockpot recipes, but hate soggy beans in your chili, then this recipe is for you! This barely classifies as a recipe since it’s so easy, but I wanted share it anyways.

Easiest Crockpot Chili Ever

What you need
~1 pound 93% lean ground beef
1 package low sodium chili seasoning
2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can low/no sodium black beans
2 cans low/no sodium pinto beans
A sprinkle of cayenne, chili powder, cumin, and Himalayan pink salt to taste
Desired toppings: cheese, green onions, jalapeños, crackers/tortilla chips, sour cream/plain Greek yogurt

What you do
1. Add ground beef and seasoning packet to crockpot. Cover with 2 cans diced tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
2. Use meat chopper to break up ground meat into small pieces.
3. Add beans to crockpot and stir. Add additional seasonings to taste. Cook for additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.
4. Service with your favorite chili add ins and enjoy!
