
This “recipe” is so easy you can barely even call it a recipe, but its a staple at our house for when he need an easy dinner. You can make it with or without buffalo sauce depending on your preference. I definitely switch it up depending on how I feel that day!
Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
Frozen Chicken Strips/nuggets- how ever many you want
Any veggies you want on your salad, chopped. I used spring mix, cherry tomatoes, broccoli slaw
Cheese of choice. I used a slice of Gouda that I tore into pieces
Light ranch dressing, or whatever kind you like
Buffalo wing sauce
Directions:
1. Cook Chicken strips according to package. I cook mine in the air fryer, but an oven works too. Cut into bite size pieces and toss in however much buffalo sauce you like.
2. Place veggies, cheese, and chicken into a bowl.
3. Drizzle with dressing and mix salad.
4. Enjoy!
