Do you prefer sweet or savory breakfast? I typically like savory and even if I go for a sweet breakfast, I also like something salty to go with it!
Most people don’t think of oatmeal as a savory food, but this savory oat bowl has been one of my favorite breakfasts since 2010! I’m not big on oatmeal in warmer weather, but after a cool morning walk this weekend I knew that I needed to have this for breakfast. Plus, it’s the perfect combination of protein from the eggs, fat from the egg yolks, and fiber-rich carbs from the oats.

The yolks will get all mixed into the oatmeal which makes it so rich and flavorful. As I’m typing this out I want to eat it again and I just finished eating it! Don’t knock it till you try it, everyone that’s tried it has absolutely loved it and added it to their breakfast rotation.

I’ve gotten so many of my friends and family hooked on this recipes over the years. It always in my rotation. It’s so satisfying and so delicious. You’re definitely going to want to try this one.
